Dr. Alex is an amazing individual. His knowledge of his craft has been eye opening as he has a unique approach to the chiropractic world. Who knew that it starts with the blood flow in your brain stem??!!

I saw Dr. Alex the other year for some persistent neck and shoulder pain. I ended up having to transfer my care to someone who took my insurance but nobody comes close to Dr. Alex. He was always kind, compassionate, and very thorough. Can’t forget the cute office pup either!

Update: I’ve continued maintenance/preventative care with Dr. Alex and I still feel amazing! I have had chronic neck and back pain that would cause headaches from time to time. In the short period that I’ve been seeing Dr. Alex I already feel improvement. I’ve been treated by other chiropractors before but I’ve never felt the difference this quickly. The office aesthetic is great and the zero gravity chairs are so relaxing. Dr. Alex is very knowledgeable, down to earth and whole heartedly genuine. He doesn’t only care about your aches and pains but for your entire well-being.

I brought my 3 year old daughter to Dr. Alex after she complained of headaches for almost a year. Dr. Alex promptly earned her trust with his calm demeaner, communication at her level, and gentle adjustments. She is always excited for her appointments because she gets to pet his office dog, Olive. Her headache frequency has decreased dramatically. Dr. Alex has also taught us ways to help alleviate the headaches if they do pop up. He genuinely cares about the well being of his patients and their families.

I started having a lot of pain in my legs and back, I visited many doctors and had no response and continued with the pain. My husband recommended me to find a chiropractor and I found Dr. Alex through the internet. To make a long story short, he treated me and for 9 months I was back to normal and started walking again. Then the pain started again and he sent me for an MRI and they found that I had a tear in my labrum. If it wasn't for him I would not have found the care I needed. But what I like most about him is that he treats you like family and takes care of you just like family.

He’s the best! He makes your health his number one priority. I’d been to several other chiros who never resolved my problems. Then I read about the Atlas Chiro method and Dr. Alex and it was a game changer! Had several issues with my neck, shoulders, leg and saw him for about six months. Over time my issues started to dissolve with regular Atlas and other Chiro adjustments. He always explained to me reasons why the issues were happening, gave me exercises to help improve my posture and muscle strength at home and suggested videos that would also help. With my own research in hand, during my visits we’d discuss other alternative remedies to help my healing along which he was very open to. He sees the whole body as an integrative system so anything outside of chiropractic he also embraces like cranial sacral, reiki, qi gong, meditation, yoga, diet changes, etc anything that can help the body to heal and get back into balance. I always looked forward to our discussions, his sense of humor and ease. His pet corgi Olive also made visiting him a pure joy. Because I’ve been doing so well, even though my visits have decreased he still recommends doing certain exercises, yoga, etc to keep my body in optimal health.
